LAHORE ( Yasar Bukhari /Qaiser Mughal )In the Supreme Court Lahore Registry, during the hearing against sou mouto notice of non-payments of media owners, during hearing against non-payment of salaries.  Chief Justice, Pakistan Justice Mian Saqib Nisar expressed strong concern over the non-presence of the owners of the Daily Frontier Post in the honorable court and ordered CCPO Lahore Peshawar to present the Owner of Daily The Frontier Post Mr. Rahmat Shah Afridi alongwith with his sons Mahmud Khan Afridi, Bilal Khan Afridi and Jalil Khan Afridi on today Thursday 14th June at 12pm daily Frontier Post owners, Rahmat Shah Afridi. Last day, The Bench Headed by the Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Mian Saqib Nisar heard the sou moto notice against the Media Owners for non payment of salaries of their employees.  On this occasion Nasrullah Malik, CEO on behalf of NEO channel / NAI Baat Administration presented before the court in this case and said that we have paid salaries almost all the employees on which the Chief Justice strictly said that that you must submit affidavit regarding payment of salaries and if it proves falls then strict action will be taken against them. Chief Justice Pakistan inquired why you were not present in court yesterday, but Nasrullah Malik said that I did not know Justice Mian Saqib Nisar said that you call yourself journalists, but you did not have enough information that the media is full of news.  Chief Justice Pakistan Justice Mian Saqib Nisar called Frontier Post Owners and Employees on Rostrum but none of the owners including Rahmat Shah Afridi were present in the court on which the Honorable court was annoyed and ordered CCPO Lahore and Peshawar a present the owners of Frontier Post Rahmat Shah Afridi along with his sons Mahmud Khan Afridi, Bilal Khan Afridi and Jalil Khan Afridi etc. before the court today 14th  of June till 12.00 pm.  Before this, Group Editor, Haider Javaid Syed, who was one of the affected employee plead his grievances. He told the court that the media owners are not paying salaries for the last three years, I got to sell my house for marriage of my daughter and to continue study of another daughter. He was emotional while telling the court misery, wife tries to run kitchen by teaching. Hearing the media workers’ miseries, the every person present in the house came to eyes-Sam. Group editor Haider Javed Syed further told the court that what would happen to my colleagues if I am in this condition, you came to know better. He said that houses are being carried out by tuitions in homes and children by doing part-time jobs, He told the honorable court that some of our companion could not submit the applications. Justice Ejaz ul Ahsan said that owners of daily Frontier Post will come and let them see, Chief Justice Mian Saqib Nisar remarked that the decision we will give will be for all employees. During the hearing of Suo Motu notice against non-payment of salaries to the media workers , Chief Justice Pakistan Justice Mian Saqib Nisar, ordered that all media owners will pay salaries to all their employees and will submit their affidavit to court till 12 pm on Thursday. And if after that, even a person finds out on non- payment of salary, then strict action will be taken against the respondents. The Chief Justice has also issued the order that no media owner will remove any worker from the organization.
